Service Manager Job Details

We are in need of an experienced Service Manager to assign work and give direction to employees in our service department.

The Service Manager will be required to assist in the processing of repair and warranty work and should be able to perform basic minor repairs, display willingness to make decisions, recommendations, and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.

 

Requirements and Qualifications for our Service Manager positions:

• 2+ years work related experience. ( The candidate must have experience with heavy duty engine and truck shop)
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
